Directions for Use: Shampoo and towel dry to remove excess water, wind perm rollers, and then, starting at the nape of the neck apply the perm solution evenly to hair. Leave to process from 10 to 25 minutes. During this time check the curl action. Rinse off well with tepid water and fix with the universal Neutralizer (Leave for 8-10 minutes)
